2nd READING EPHESIANS 5:8-14 (Children of Light) We are to walk in the light that shows goodness, justice, and truth. Christ gives this light whereby we live. THE GOSPEL OF JOHN 9: 1-41 (Cure of Blind Man) Jesus is the light. He cures the man born blind. Jesus identifies himself as the Son of Man. SCRIP orders are due on the first weekend of every month. You may put donations there any time. Saint Patrick First Confessions On March 22nd after mass, Hunter & Ryder Underwood will make their first confession. We ask everyone to pray for them. American Martyrs There will be no masses on Fridays at American Martyrs during Lent. American Martyrs We're looking for hosts for the monthly social night dinners. This can be families or team up with some of your church friends. If you're interested but want more information on what's involved, see Jeremy Willes or Tina Cozart. The sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board at the parking lot door entrance.
The St. Patrick Fish Fry, Quilt Raffle/Silent Auction The Saint Patrick Fish Fry is every Friday (except Good Friday) from 4:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. during Lent. The Fish Dinner is $11 & includes: Fish, 2 sides, a drink, & dessert. We need volunteers & Dessert donations. Dessert donations can be dropped off every Friday afternoon. The Quilt Raffle tickets are $1.00 or 6 for $ 5.00. Please see Darrel or Judy for Tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the Parish Office. The Drawing will be held on Friday, March 27th along with the Silent Auction. K of C Lenten Fish Fry Lenten Fish Fry’s will be Every Friday during Lent from 4:30-7:00 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Volunteers are needed to make this fundraising event successful. If you are unable to volunteer, you can also help by coming out to the Lenten Reconciliation Schedules March 19th at 6:30 p.m.- Prince of Peace, Madison with Most Sorrowful Mother. March 25th at 6:30 p.m.- Holy Trinity, Edinburgh. March 25th at 6:30 p.m.- St. Ambrose, Seymour with American Martyrs and St. Patrick. Trails of Faith Hike at Father Steve's!
