EMERGENCY COLLECTION - GAZA

“The situation in Gaza and across the Middle East cries out for the assistance of the Catholic community of the United States,” said Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio, president of the U. S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). In a letter to the U.S. bishops, he asked them to consider taking up a voluntary special collection in their dioceses. In the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, parishes may elect to take up a special collection for Gaza Relief. The collected funds are to be sent to the Mission Office, “Gaza Relief 2025”. The Mission Office will forward the funds to Catholic Relief Services. Parishes that elect not to take up a special collection are asked to encourage their parishioners to donate online to Catholic Relief Services: Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza | CRS
