Grow Young Fitness Classes at American Martyrs

New Year is a coming.  What time could be better to get that body moving?  Come join us at 10:00 am on Monday and Wednesdays for Senior exercise and fellowship in American Martyrs hall.  We just do what we can.  No judgement or pressure, we are just excited to keep our God given bodies moving.  Weights and bands are available if you so wish to use them. Any questions, feel free to give me a call.  Need a ride, we will try to arrange that as well. God bless.
